Description of the Assignment: Under the supervision of the Lead Author/Research Team Leader and the Programme Manager of Pillar One - People & Prosperity, the Senior Author/Researcher will provide technical expertise for the methodological and quantitative components of the VLR. The consultant will lead the development of the assessment methodology and SDG index framework, undertake the related quantitative analysis, and contribute substantive analytical content to the VLR.
